Specializations

Anxiety and related disorders (including OCD, panic, trauma, and sleep difficulties): I integrate my psychodynamic, relational approach with evidence-based strategies tailored to these conditions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), mindfulness techniques, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

The perinatal period: I support individuals and couples navigating the emotional complexities of fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood.

Relationships with self and others: I work with individuals exploring family of origin dynamics, parenting, peer relationships, and romantic or sexual experiences. I am formally trained in couples and family therapy, including Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I focus on supporting marginalized populations. My doctoral and postdoctoral training emphasized cultural competency and social justice, and I frequently work with international students and individuals who identify as LGBTQ+.
